Undergraduate Education: Texas A&M University in Biology and minor in Dance
Current Career Plan: Practice in OB/GYN
Specialty Interest: Primary Care
I am most proud of (other than my medical school acceptance) my accomplishments in dance which include contemporary performances with the Texas A&M Dance Program and later joining the DHF Dolls professional dance team in Houston, TX.
You might be surprised to know that I used to work as a Tax Credit Consultant before medical school.
ElevateMeD is… a scholars program supporting those from historically underrepresented groups to increase their chances of success and leadership so that we can reinvest in our communities in the future.
