Dr. David and Betty Gullen are dedicated supporters of ElevateMeD whose partnership plays a critical role in strengthening the foundation of the ElevateMeD Scholars Program.
Through a three-year commitment, Dr. David and Betty Gullen sponsor ElevateMeD’s Submittable application platform, supporting Scholars cohorts in 2026, 2027, and 2028. This investment advances the systems that power our application process and has enabled ElevateMeD to launch a national open call for the Scholars Program for the first time in our history. By expanding beyond med school-based nominations, this shift allows ElevateMeD to reach rising fourth-year medical students across the country and continue growing our programming in meaningful ways.
As ElevateMeD continues to evolve beyond its early years, partnerships like this ensure we can grow responsibly while maintaining a high-quality and accessible experience for applicants nationwide.

The ElevateMeD Scholars program provides significant financial assistance to medical students while providing them access to mentorship, leadership development, and financial literacy education.
