The evening’s attire is cocktail.

Arrival Time:

Doors to our cocktail reception open at 6:30pm.

Parking:

Complimentary Valet Parking will be available for all guests.

We encourage every guest to add a credit/debit card to your GiveSmart account (our check-in and auction platform for the evening). This will help ensure a smooth and speedy check-in process. If you are hosting a table or purchased a ticket for another guest, please share this link with each of your guests so they can update their GiveSmart profile as well.

Check-in requires adding the following to your GiveSmart profile:

your name, email, phone, address, and credit/debit card

How to Complete Pre-Check In:

Option 1: Mobile Text
You can text EOAD22 to 76278 to receive a link to access check in.

Option 2: Desktop
Sign in to update your profile and add your credit/debit card. To sign in visit eoad.givesmart.com and then click sign-in in the top right-hand corner, to access your profile and update it. Click forgot password if this is your first time logging in to your GiveSmart account.

*Credit Card Disclaimer:
Providing a credit card number will be a requirement at check-in. The link to add your card will be sent from the GiveSmart system. Having a card on file will allow guests to bid on auction items, purchase raffle tickets, or give during the fund-a-need portion of the event.

If guests choose not to input their information beforehand, they will be instructed to do so at check-in. Their preferred card will be swiped but not charged. All guests who bid, buy, and/or donate during the event will be asked to stop by the checkout before they leave to settle their accounts.
