This year ElevateMeD is excited to partner with Family Promise of Greater Phoenix for ElevateDReams during our annual ElevateMeD Scholars Summit.

About ElevateDReams 

ElevateDReams is more than a community outreach effort – it is a chance for ElevateMeD Scholars to connect, uplift, and inspire. In partnership with national organizations (like Family Promise) and led by Scholars in our program, this initiative brings care and encouragement to families with children experiencing homelessness.

In these moments of connection, our Scholars become the living proof that dreams are possible – planting seeds of hope in the hearts of children who may one day walk a similar path. Through a powerful message of hope, our Scholars make this experience meaningful by sharing their own journey of following their dreams with perseverance and purpose.
