Helped establish the formation of the Women and Diversity Committee (WDC) for the Society for Neuro-Oncology in 2018 (founding member of Women in Neuro-Oncology)
Founder of ElevateMeD and volunteer Executive Director 2019-2022 (helped raise the first $1 Million toward scholarships and programming to diversify the physician workforce)
