Drawing from over 17 years of training and curriculum design, Trayce Toles Williams manages the activities involved in the delivery of training and leadership development programs within the telecommunications industry. She is passionate about creating interactive and engaging experiences that support learning. Prior to this role, Trayce served as Associate Director of Nonprofit Development for the Chick-fil-A Foundation in Atlanta, Georgia. In this capacity, she was able to engage individuals to share their time, talent and treasures through activation of community engagement opportunities. Her passion for education has been fueled by her formative years as a teacher and assistant principal. Trayce has a Specialist degree in Curriculum Development and Design, a Master of Science in Urban Policy Planning. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Spelman College.

Vision Statement: I hope to provide opportunities that will provide an exposure point for young adults in the Phoenix community. My passion is getting young adults excited about higher education through engaging programs that expose them to a whole new world. I believe my experience within training and nonprofit will help to create unique opportunities for the community that we serve.
